WildStat Terms of Service

These Terms are the rules for using WildStat. By selecting “I agree” and continuing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms with you and is responsible for your use of WildStat.

2. Accounts and safety

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, exploit the game, automate play without permission, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another player’s account or private data.

3. Chat and player content

Chat is public. Do not share personal information. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, scams, spam, illegal content, or content that puts another person at risk is not allowed. WildStat may filter, review, remove, or retain messages and reports to operate and protect the game. You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant WildStat the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, and transmit it.

4. Gems, virtual items, and purchases

Gems and other virtual items are limited licenses to use game features. They are not money, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed outside WildStat. When purchases become available, prices and offers may change. Purchases, billing, and refunds may also be governed by Apple, Google, a web payment provider, and applicable law. A parent or guardian must authorize purchases by a minor.

5. Beta service

WildStat is in beta. Features, balance, progress, availability, and virtual items may change. The service may contain bugs or be interrupted. We will take reasonable care with saved progress, but cannot promise that beta data will never be changed or lost.

6. License and ownership

WildStat grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial play. WildStat, its code, art, audio, designs, names, and game systems remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except where the law expressly allows it.

7. Enforcement and termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players or the service, address fraud or chargebacks, or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account loss.

8. Privacy

WildStat processes account identifiers, game progress, chat and reports, purchase records, and basic connection data to operate, secure, support, and improve the game. The age screen sends only an age band—not your birth date or exact age—to the game server. Do not submit sensitive personal information in chat or public support posts.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildStat is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. WildStat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as WildStat changes. Material updates will receive a new version and require acceptance again before play. Continued use after accepting updated Terms means you agree to them.

11. Contact

For beta support, use the in-game /bug command or the WildStat issue tracker. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a public issue.
